What’s special about a comet?
I have my students read library books about our science topics. Here are a few we grabbed from the library for this lesson:
Use a blank sheet of paper and have your students draw a picture and/or write their narration on it. Have them tell you what a comet is and how its tail is formed.
Visit NASA’s Space Place for interactive fun and more information about comets.
