National School Choice Week 2015

National School Choice Week is a time that celebrates and promotes the educational options available to U.S. students.  I became aware of this initiative through my membership with HSLDA, and this designated week has inspired me to write a series of posts about educational options.

I will be posting more than normal this week, and I hope to give you some tools for making choices and also some confirmation for choices you have already made.

As we go through this week, I encourage you to comment on the blog with questions or with ideas on the topics.  Invite a friend to join us for discussion.  Also, share our discussions with those around you who are looking for guidance on how to make wise choices about their children’s education.

We are so blessed to have choices here in America.

As we begin this focused week, I would love to hear

  • what made you choose the current school your children attend or
  • what made you decide to teach your children at home.

Ready? Set. Go!  Comment below.
